How do I play?
One player picks a photo (camera or library) or generates one with AI. Seekl hides an object and
writes a riddle, and everyone else taps where they think it is. Play Solo, Host a Game and share
the code, Join by code, play Ranked, or pass one phone around with Pass & Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the App go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm. This deletes
your account, profile and uploaded images. Purchase records are kept as legally required. You can
also email us from your account email address. Deleting your account does not cancel a Seekl Plus
subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings first.
How do I restore my purchases?
Sign in with the same Seekl account, then go to Settings > Restore Purchases
(also available on the Seekl Plus screen). Make sure your device is signed in to the Apple ID you
used to buy.
How do I cancel Seekl Plus?
Open iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Seekl and choose Cancel
Subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I report an image or block a player?
During a game, use the report button on the image, or open the player menu in the lobby, results or
leaderboard and choose Report Player or Block Player. In the
Friends tab, long-press a player for the same options. You can also email us. We review every report within 24 hours,
remove offending content and ban users who break our
Community Standards.
Why don't I see personalized ads?
Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. You can change this in
Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Seekl Plus removes ads.
Why was my photo or prompt rejected?
Every photo, AI image, prompt and username is checked for safety. Content that may be explicit,
violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable is blocked. Try a different photo or description.
