Seekl Plus
Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Seekl app and services provided by
FlayrLabs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Seekl you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Seekl
for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and Apple's
Standard
End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.
Subscriptions (Seekl Plus)
- Seekl Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99/month or
$29.99/year, with an optional introductory free trial where eligible.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end
of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the
period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. A free trial's unused portion is
forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Credits & consumables
Credits used for AI image generation are one-time, consumable in-app purchases. Once
delivered to your account they are non-refundable except where required by
law. Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable.
AI-generated content
- The AI image generator creates images from your text prompts. You are responsible for the
prompts you submit.
- Do not attempt to generate content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, or that violates
others' rights. Prompts and images are screened, and we may block content or suspend
accounts that abuse the feature.
- AI-generated images are provided for entertainment and may not be accurate or unique.
Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its services.
- Do not use offensive display names or disrupt other players.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted
by law, FlayrLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take
effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
